You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. This page also explains how refunds are handled.
Requesting a Return
Contact service@jonesroadbeauty-us.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will review the request and provide instructions. Please do not send an item before receiving return instructions.
Eligibility
Items should be in the condition received, with original packaging when available. Include your order details so we can identify and review the return.
Refunds
After we receive and review the returned item, we will tell you whether a refund is approved. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact service@jonesroadbeauty-us.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when useful. We will explain the next steps.
