Terms of Purchase

These terms apply to purchases made from Jonesroadbeauty. Prices and payments are in United States dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Orders and Payment

An order confirmation means we received your order. An order may be canceled if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, information is incorrect, or suspected misuse needs review. If a canceled order was charged, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free on all US orders. Orders normally ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment. Timing may change because of holidays, carrier conditions, weather, or address issues.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. See the Return Policy for eligibility and instructions. Once an eligible return is received and reviewed, an approved refund is processed to the original payment method.

Product Information

We work to keep descriptions, colors, availability, and prices accurate. Colors may look different on different screens. If information is incorrect, we may correct it and contact affected customers when appropriate.
